About ChippyJamie

ChippyJamie is a playful relationship app for keeping track of little moments, shared scores and the reasons behind them. It started life as an anniversary project, and has grown into an app anyone can use to keep a shared score with someone they care about, with a bit of cute character/sprite-based fun along the way.

Getting into the app

ChippyJamie uses a passcode to access the application. If you or the other person should have access but can't get in, please contact support rather than guessing repeatedly — we don't publish the passcode anywhere public, including here.

Common issues

I can't access the app

The passcode is case-sensitive, so double-check exactly what was entered, including capitalisation. If it still won't accept a passcode you're confident is correct, contact support — we can't provide the passcode by reply, but we can help work out what's going wrong.

My score hasn't updated

If a change you made doesn't appear to have saved or shown up for the other person, try the following:

• make sure your device has an internet connection, if the change relies on syncing with the other person's device
• fully close the app and reopen it
• retry the score change
• if the problem continues, contact support with details of what you did and what you expected to happen

I found a bug

Bug reports are genuinely useful — please include as much of the following as you can:

• what you were doing in the app
• what happened instead of what you expected
• your iPhone model
• your iOS version
• a screenshot or screen recording, if possible
