Listplando was previously called More Me. Renaming the app changed nothing about how your data is handled.

Listplando keeps your tasks on your device. There is no account, no sync service, no analytics and no advertising.

What is stored, and where

Your tasks, priority order, subtasks, notes, planned time, focus progress, session history, tags and settings are stored in a local database on your device (in the app's Application Support folder). They are included in your device backups the same way other app data is. You can export a copy from Settings › Data.

Permissions, only when you ask for them

Listplando works fully without any of these. Each is requested only when you use the feature, and can be revoked at any time in the Settings app.

• Calendar (Settings › Calendar › Connect calendars). iOS only offers full access, but Listplando only reads the calendars you choose, to show appointments beside your plan. Appointments are never copied into your tasks. If you turn on Export work blocks, Listplando creates a separate calendar called “Listplando” and writes only your work blocks into it. When you turn export off you choose whether to keep or remove those events; Listplando only ever removes events it created in its own calendar.
• Notifications (Settings › Reminders). Optional reminders when focus time is up or a work block starts. You can hide task titles; notes are never included.
• Microphone and Speech Recognition (Speak tasks). Audio is used only while the recording sheet is open and is not saved. Where your device supports it, speech is transcribed on the device. For some languages iOS uses Apple's speech service, which sends audio to Apple; the recording screen tells you which applies.
• Camera and Photos (Photo of a list). The camera opens only when you tap the camera button on List; choosing a photo uses the system photo picker, so Listplando sees only the photo you pick. The text in it is read on the device and the photo is not saved or sent anywhere.

Turning speech into tasks

When Apple Intelligence is available on your device, Listplando uses Apple's on-device language model to split your transcript into suggested tasks. The text never leaves your device. Otherwise the transcript is split by sentence on the device. The same applies to text read from a photo of a list. Nothing is saved as a task until you review the rows and tap Save.

Shortcuts and Siri

The “Add to Listplando” shortcut saves the text you give it to your list on the device.

Data collection

Listplando does not collect, sell or share personal information, does not require an account and contains no third-party SDKs.

Your choices

You can delete any task, export a copy of your data from Settings, remove all data by deleting the app, and revoke any permission in the Settings app without losing local planning or focus features.
