Common permission notes

Planning, focus timers and typing tasks work without any permission.

Calendar access

Listplando asks for Calendar access only when you tap Connect calendars in its Settings. It shows the calendars you choose beside your plan and, only if you turn on Export work blocks, writes your work blocks to a separate "Listplando" calendar. To change it: Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars.

Notifications

Used only for the reminders you switch on in Listplando's Settings. To change it: Settings → Notifications → Listplando.

Microphone and Speech Recognition

Used only while the Speak tasks sheet is recording. To change it: Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone / Speech Recognition.

Camera and Photos

Used only when you open Photo of a list from the camera button on List. Text is read on your device; the app does not save or upload the photo. Choose from Photos uses the system photo picker and grants access only to the photo you choose. To change camera access: Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.

Speech processing

Speech is transcribed on your device where supported. For some languages, iOS sends audio to Apple's speech service; the recording screen explains which applies. Apple Intelligence task suggestions and photo text recognition run on your device.

Your data

Tasks are stored only on your device. Settings › Data › Export a copy of your data creates a single file you can send to support if something goes wrong.
